life is amazing sometimes

It's...been a long time.

So the new polyvore is really glitchy and I'm searching my way around like a madwoman... *sigh*. Still, love it!

To the lovely @cilli-tm, because I made a mistake over at the group Through the Looking Glass and apologize GREATLY for it -- I'm still really mortified D:

i declare today to be: sandra pulls out an ugly draft day. Yay.

So, I've been on Polyvore for a little under two years (I'm excluding that four or five month break where I did absolutely nothing on my account whatsoever) and I've been hearing about "steampunk" for a very, very long time.
 
I'm in groups that have steampunk contests. I'm the mod of a group that just recently had a steampunk contest. And yet, the only thing I knew about it was, "er...there's a lot of metal and cool...stuff?"
 
So I figured that it was about time that I learned about steampunk, spent about an hour getting all these steampunk stuff, and gosh, it's fun. All these Victorian items and metal, clockwork devices -- I fell in love with that dragon on the girl's head.
 
Anyway, that was my little story about steampunk. The skirt of the girl was pretty awesome to liven up.

This was fun -- I can't remember the last time i made a fashion set. Ha.

like, seriously. I was going through all my drafts and this one popped out. Its original look was very, very...ugly, so I fixed it up and, ta-da!
